How to Cancel, Change Subscription Length or Upgrade
To Upgrade/Downgrade or Change Your Subscription

To change subscriptions, go to My Account -> Subscriptions -> View (on the subscription in question) -> Change Subscription. You can switch between monthly plans (Practice Test and Premium), OR between the longer options.
If you want to change from Practice Test access to Premium, go to My Account -> Subscriptions -> View (on the subscription in question) -> Change Subscription
If you have a monthly subscription and want to buy a longer subscription after trying it for a month, first buy the longer one, then cancel your monthly subscription.
To Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel, go to My Account -> Subscriptions -> View (on the subscription in question) -> Cancel. Your access to Qpractice will remain active and your subscription will show as "Pending Cancellation" until the next renewal date but will not renew, after which your cancellation will be final. You can reactivate your subscription from the same page by choosing "Resubscribe".
Please note that after cancellation your access to Qpractice will remain active until the renewal date, but your study group access will be revoked. We recommend putting a reminder on your calendar and cancelling 1 day before your renewal date.
