How do I reset my password?
It’s easy to reset your password.
Just use the email address or username that you signed up with, and remember, they're both case-sensitive, so check your caps lock key.
If you're on mobile, make sure your device is not auto-capitalizing the first letter or not autocorrecting what you enter.
If you don't remember which email you used, that's OK — you can try more than once. Your password will not be reset unless you click on the link in the email.
Just click on the lost password link and follow the directions. Make sure to check your folders or tabs (including spam) if your email does not land in your inbox.
If you're using a business email, please have your corporate IT department whitelist all email from @qpractice.com
We strongly recommend using a personal email like Gmail, so that you can get important messages and password resets anytime, not only while you're at work.
