Log in Issues
All Qpractice members must be able to receive and open emails from @qpractice.com to log in to qpractice.com and from qpractice@mn.co to log in to the study group.
Please work with your IT department to allow our emails or set up an email filter to prevent them from going to Spam.
If you’re not receiving your login email or study group invitation, this is usually because you have previously marked an email from Qpractice as Spam.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Qpractice may not be compatible with VPNs, remote access software, and specific security software.
If you have trouble with logins, we recommend using a personal computer or personal email where you can control such software rather than a work computer.
If you need help to change your account email for logins, please contact us at hello@qpractice.com.
What is Safelisting, and how can it help
When an email address or domain gets safe listed, it means that they’re marked as a safe sender so their emails aren’t marked as Spam. The process to allow or safelist an email address or domain varies by provider but is super easy to do.
See the steps to do this in Gmail below.
You can also review instructions from your email service provider or have your IT department help you safely list our emails at your company.
How to Safelist or Allow Qpractice emails in Gmail
Follow the steps below to whitelist a specific email address or domain in Gmail so these emails don’t go to Spam.
Login to your Gmail account.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right, then click the top button See All Settings
- Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
- Scroll down, then click Create a new filter
- In the pop-up window, enter *@qpractice.com and *qpractice@mn.co in the From field
- Click Create Filter, and apply the other actions you want, for example, labelling
- Check the tickbox “Never send it to Spam”
Other Common Issues
Many times we review the reason an email is not delivered and find these other issues:
Mailbox full
This is also known as a Soft Bounce; the mailbox will not accept incoming mail.
Misspelling (for example gmail.con or gmial.com)
Or Hard Bounce, the email address does not exist. You may see a prompt on our website to change this, or please reach out to us in support using a different email address. If we cannot reply to you, we will attempt to contact you through the study group.
Spam Complaint
When you click This is Spam or Mark as Spam in email clients like Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, and other similar services.
If you or your ISP makes a Spem Complaint, we cannot legally resend to you; please reach out to support@postmarkapp.com to be reactivated.
If you have previously unsubscribed from or marked emails as spam from the study group (qpractice.mn.co) you will need to reach out to Mighty Networks, and you can submit a support request for them to be able to send to you again.
Security Software
Some corporate software will attempt to preview or test your login link and may invalidate it. Have your IT department contact us for help with this.
